Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Fix Production Co. This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to all production studio services booked with Fix Production Co. By scheduling a session, the client agrees to the terms outlined below. Cancellations Any cancellation made less than eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled session start time will result in the full forfeiture of any deposit paid. Such deposits are non-refundable and will be retained by Fix Production Co. Rescheduling Clients who cancel less than eight (8) hours before their scheduled session may request to reschedule their appointment, subject to studio availability. However: A maximum of two (2) consecutive reschedules is permitted. Clients who reschedule more than once consecutively within the same calendar week will be required to observe a one (1) week grace period before being eligible to book another session. Enforcement Fix Production Co. reserves the right to deny future bookings to clients who repeatedly cancel late or excessively reschedule sessions. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated through Fix Production Co.’s approved communication channels.
